Trainers! Are you ready for the Pokémon Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon coming this November? We are big fans of the game!

And since they are giving away limited-edition Pikachu with Ash's hat until the end of October, we decided to print a Pikachu using the MYNT3D Pen.

To make this project fun for all ages and all levels of experience with a 3D printing pen, we've created step by step tutorials for a beginner version and an advanced level project challenge.

1. Start heating your 3D pen. When it reaches the proper temperature, load yellow filament.

2. Trace over the Pikachu stencil, filling in all areas except the facial features. TIP: We recommend placing a clear surface such as poly carbonate over the stencil.

3. Change filament colors to fill in the eyes, ear tips, cheeks and mouth.

4. Carefully remove from your surface.

5. Position the feet perpendicular to the body and attach with the 3D printing pen. Make sure it can stand on its own. If it cannot, add filament to correct stance.

6. Attach the tail to the back of the body, angling outward.

6. To make the arms, set the 2D arm piece perpendicular in the center of the circle piece. Draw strands from the edge of the circle to the top of the hand. Repeat going all around the circle.

7. Wind around the arm shape to give it better form. Then fill in gaps.

8. Attach the arms, ears, feet and tail to the body.
